 Mountain Lights: Light Beings, portals, subtle energies

I always see Friday as the portal to the weekend, so appropriate.

We are chosen to to do the work of assisting in healing our beautiful Earth, and sending energies to heal all. What a beautiful mission!

Hold loving light energy within the heart and radiate it out… to Mama Earth, to the mountains and valleys, lakes and oceans, forests and gardens, roads and streets, and to all people, all beings. Let us be part of the collective to heal any hate, to bring love into all things and everywhere.

As I light my Shabbat candles tonight and every Friday, that is my focus, shining light into all. Light candles tonight, no matter our paths, and shine that light of healing and love into the world.

We are advised to stand in our priestess energy. The need our gifts is strong this week. It may be people, or perhaps the earth Herself. Whatever it is, listen to know. Ixchel, Mayan goddess of the moon, she is the goddess of Sacred Light, the Lady of Rainbows, and giver of water and rain. A powerful healer, Patroness of Midwives, She watches over pregnant women.

We are guided to strongly connect with our feminine energy and inner healer. Whatever healing path we follow, Reiki, hands on healing, chakra work,sound healing, plant medicine, now is the time to work that energy. Focusing on ourselves is the message, and sending a bit to others shows our open hearts. We utilize whatever our intuition tells us. The Full Moon’s energy is powerfully amplifying our work.

Bring our dreams into being, birth creative endeavors, heal emotions - especially those related to sexual trauma, fertility issues, miscarriage, and abortion. Dream work will also assist us. We know our power and Ixchel’s hands shine Her light and essence, opening the way.

Questions to ask ourselves, consider them before sleep and meditation:

What is fertile in our lives? What should we focus our attention on for healing? What are we open to receiving? What is our next step? Let us consider these. Now we make it so.

Weekend Oracle

 9: Fate: Weave, connect, be aware

Although this card connects to the waxing crescent moon, with the full moon just a few days away we are being shown that the light is right there, illuminating our way and bringing something into being.

We are inspired to take control and make it happen. Stop dilly dallying and give birth. Whatever has been in the gestation phase is ready to come to life. We have what is needed to do this.

Connect to our own power by taking control, setting aside hesitation, trusting our intuition, this is the divine timing for what is to be accomplished. Open your awareness and receive the knowing. 

Cerridwen guides us to finish weaving our task. We need only stay true to ourselves and not be concerned with what is happening around us. We are what matters right now. By focusing on what we can control, we allow Fate to take care of the rest.

To assist us, once again the trees, the soil, the roots and stones call us to come out this weekend and connect. Let us join and burrow ourselves  into and with Mama Earth. Flow with the energies of the Moon as She come into Her brightest full light and power. Utilize all of this to achieve, complete, or attain. Now is the time, make it so.

7: Legacy of Light

We are advised to accept support and nourishment from those who came before us, our ancestors, not only those of our bloodline, but those of spirit. By doing this, partaking of the feast They lay before us, we become bearers of that legacy for those who we will support in the future.This light is wisdom, creativity, change, love, and respect. We carry this within and need to allow its brilliance to come through.

There is a choice we are in the process of making, or have made, and this message is confirmation it in alignment with our sacred purpose. The choice we made or are making is of great importance to us, to our spiritual growth.

Our Ancestors that surround us at this time are those of unconditional love and the place we are coming from in making our choice or decision is one of love and pure intention to live our lives and do the best we can for ourselves. This will overflow and extend to others in our lives as we remain true to ourselves, our purpose and passion. 

We do, in fact, have some special creative or healing offerings to make that are of importance. Do it, pursue it, let it come into being. It is the right path.

Weekend Oracle

 

Core: the center of our existence, the center of our entire being. And like the earth’s core, this is a place that is almost impossible to reach. Yet… we know it is there, and its very nature holds us together, its energy providing stability and change. In that center, our core, there is equalization and weightlessness, everything comes into being from here.

When the pressures of life become too much, when we cannot find balance, let us travel deep within ourselves, to the very heart of our being and find rest. Drift, float, we can find peace in that stillness that lives at the very center of our beings.

It is not an easy task to get there, it can be a rough journey taking perseverance. But we can get there, we do it sometimes without realizing it. And at the core, we find peace.

Whatever is going on in the world, our lives, we need to withdraw into that core space. When choices need to be made, the answer lies at the heart of the situation and the action we may need to take. What does our gut tell us? Weigh all the options, plot the journey, the answer is there and peace, stability will come back into being. Just like the molten fire at the earth’s core, our own fire of life and light is there, deep inside. That energy will provide answers, will provide strength. Utilizing what we have is the key and we all have something there to get us through. Burrowing within, finding our center, all will come into balance.

39: Priestess of the Gift to Serve.

I pulled this card and really got a great deal from it, different in some ways from the deck’s guide book so I am going with my intuition.

This card is about being of service to community and tribe, to others. However, I strongly sense that at this time we need to be of service to ourselves first. We need to take a good look around at us, at how we have been living, feeling, what we have been doing , and who we have been serving. This card’s message is about trusting our intuition but not being fooled by illusions. This is speaking so loudly to us. People will take as much as we give… and keep taking. Who does that really serve? We can’t care for everyone, and it really isn’t our job. Let us listen to and take care of ourselves first. Our own devotional duties come first, our Goddesses deserve our attention before we go off ministering to everyone else. Of course be of service where we can, send healing, assist, but only after we have taken care of ourselves. We need to look within then look around - how does that align? Are we staying true to our own purpose and passions? Are we neglecting ourselves and putting other things and people first? Are we allowing ourselves to give without limit? 

Give powerfully to ourselves and we will then have enough to give to those who deserve and need our help, those who will be grateful and give in return with love. We have a purpose, but that doesn’t mean only to others, our priority is ourselves, our goddesses, our path. When we are fulfilled from within, we will have enough to share.

31: Tlazolteoll, Restoration and Transformation 

Tlazolteoll is an Aztec Moon Goddess, a pardoner of sins, Eater of Filth. She is the one to whom one’s worst deeds were confessed to. Sacrifices were made to Her to receive the purifying and regenerative energies of earth. A midwife, who through decomposition of that which no longer serves us, brings life. She proves that what overwhelms and destroys can also heal. A goddess of spinners and weavers, Tlazolteoll connects us to the cycle of creation and the ever changing powers of the Earth. She eats the errors of Her children and restores them to who they really are. 

It is time, let us transform and restore whatever it is in our lives right now that needs change and healing. No matter what it is, this toxic energy holds us in fear, shame, and insecurity. 

Tlazolteoll’s message is to come to Her and allow Her to assist in releasing whatever it is. We all make mistakes, we all have experiences that hurt and harmed, we have been harmed by others, we have harmed ourselves. But She tells us we are truly perfect in our essence. We are strong enough to resolve and heal these issues, to move through and past them. We do not need to stay in that energy which keeps us from experiencing joy, peace, and the wonder of life.

In Her name, make offerings: donate clothing or food to shelters or food banks, clear away things you no longer need, tidy your garden or some place in nature that needs some restoration; cleanse yourself and your space. Then, be more mindful of how you conduct yourself, how you care for yourself, how you treat others, the Earth.

Tlazolteoll reminds us that there is no sin, only errors in life’s journey. Be brave, the pain of transformation is temporary.

24: Mother Mary, Unconditional Love and Faith 

Mother Mary, appropriate for the day after Mother’s Day. She is pure love, unconditional, no judgement, surrender, comfort, and peace. We all need this, flowing into and surrounding us. And it is there, truly. Today we open ourselves to Her blessings.

Let us allow ourselves to release any doubt. We are loved; reassurance and faith strengthen us, healing us from whatever we have suffered. We now believe in ourselves and the eternal love of the Divine. 

Our visions and thoughts have the power to create and heal, restoring us to wholeness of body, mind, and soul. Let us remember to stay in the present. We cannot change what has gone before, but it is over and we are here now, alive, breathing and radiating. Let it be so. Tomorrow will be what it will be, unknown, not here yet. No need to worry today about what we don’t know. Staying present in love and ourselves gives us strength and peace.

We honor our feelings and begin our transformation by letting go and filling that space with something else. We don’t give attention any longer to what we don’t desire; instead we put it on what is desired. Have faith, it will come to pass, it is done. 

Whatever experience we may have had with our own mothers, our Divine Great Mother does love us wholeheartedly, unconditionally, and forever. Know it, embrace it, it is so.

Blue Tara: Transmutation of Anger

One of the 21 Taras, Blue Tara represents Unity and Transmutation of Anger. She offers assistance in cleansing negativity and restoring positive energy in our lives. She helps us release fear and anxiety. It is interesting that Green Tara advised us last week. It is time to heal.

We are guided to release our anger, stand up for ourselves. And there is no need to hold back or express this anger aggressively. There are other ways.

We sit down, paying attention to our feelings, seeing the shadowy part that comes forward. We see it, accept it, and let it go. We ascend to our healing and spiritual path. We claim our power and break the circle that keeps us dwelling on that which does not serve us. We heal with strength and gentleness, love and balance.

Weekend Oracle

 Heat

Heat, the impetus for change. It gets things moving and a bit of that is what we need for this weekend. Let’s take a risk, shake things up, see what happens!

Movement is constant, so let’s direct it to suit us. Pulling ourselves out of stagnation this weekend doesn’t mean not relaxing, getting some down time. We can do that, but fire up our creative energies. Still the mind, focus on our heart centers and allow wisdom to flow. This will illuminate our thoughts and nurture our souls. 

Write, draw, stitch, crochet, knit, weave, play with paper and glue, different fibers, colors, whatever you have. Cook something different. Our imaginations are limitless and so are we. Let’s fire things up to whatever degree suits and have at it. This weekend is ours for exploration and creation, however that manifests for each of us. 

Wishing each of you the weekend that brings the most fulfillment and joy.

Monday Moonday Mushroom Oracle: 30 Parrot Waxcap, Isolation.

Isolation can be a good thing, assisting us in clearing our minds, being able to hear our own thoughts… without outside distractions. Finding peace is easier when we are on our own, and it brings the greatest rewards.

But on another level, feeling isolated can leave us in a place of emptiness, loneliness, being abandoned. We have to face the fact that others have just up and disappeared, and there is nothing we can do about this. 

So we ask ourselves what do we need, what can we do for ourselves to bring happiness back into our lives? What is it that sustains us and that we can provide ourselves with? This may feel sad, but it is an opportunity to heal ourselves, bringing out our inner strength, showing us that, in ourselves, we are just fine.

Sometimes this may seem hard, but ultimately knowing independence is what we need and have carries us on.

Monday Moonday Mushroom Oracle: 10 Tremella Yin:

Yin is fluid, cold, calm, nurturing, and this card is about bringing more yin into our lives. 

Where are we out of balance? Where has the masculine/yang taken control? This could be about more than just our own lives.

Self care, such as meditation, a nourishing healthy diet, and soothing rituals, caring for ourselves, are essential in order to bring us back to balance. Where and what do we need to focus on more closely?

On a spiritual level, with all that is happening in the world, we need to focus on the Divine Feminine’s teachings and vision. Women are very divided today and many are allowing the more masculine and violent energies to rule. Hatred is damaging to our souls, our bodies, and our planet. We are in great need of the nourishing feminine energies. 

The anger and hate that is being shown by many women is damaging on so many levels. Calling on the wise woman within to restore ourselves and bring Her wisdom and healing into the world will be of more benefit, bringing peace and stability.

Goddess of Stitching & the Monday Moonday Mushroom Oracle

I first saw this post on Facebook by Jenny Mendes Ceramics and was beside myself. This was a blessing to me and I fell in love with this little goddess. I want to know more about Her. My initial look didn’t turn up much so I have myself a new study task. I did see this same info on a couple of sites, so I am not certain who first posted this. Whoever did, I am grateful.

 The Great Stitcher with uplifted arms. This prayer is older than any with a name. A sacred artifact from Jiroft culture (ancient Persia, Iran), the oldest known temple complex, located in Iran. It dates back to the Bronze Age period and is estimated to be approximately 3rd-1st millennia BC. This ingenious image is carved from limestone. Who was the genius who created this masterpiece?!

8 Enoki, Align: Standing tall, there is strength in numbers, finding our tribe. Hmmm… this card really speaks to me. Sometimes we need to align with others, find our kindred, and we can make a big difference. Aligning with others gives strength to our purpose. There’s power in community, we can make a real difference and find that power by not going it alone, even if it is just finding one other person. A goal that seems too onerous to achieve alone, may be easier to accomplish with the strength and assistance of another… or three. A feeling of power and accomplishment comes from a good relationship with likeminded friends when attempting to achieve whatever needs doing. 

So who can we align with to help with dreams and projects.? Or… who can we offer help to? This is not a time to go it alone. Reach out to give or receive.

36 Dead Man’s Finger: Timing

Don’t rush, don’t push, wait for the right time.

If we’re not sure when the right time is, we keep moving until our intuition tells us it’s time.  Let everything unfold in divine timing, our intuition can be trusted to guide us.

Let’s not push because of impatience, let things come to us because we are both in vibrational alignment. Let’s look at the reasons we might not be achieving something. What do we need to learn from it?

Remember, we are limitless beings transcending time and space; time exists only in the physical realms. Learning our lessons breaks patterns and cycles. If we do the inner work, shifts can happen

A time for healing has arrived or is on the way. Some of our wounds are fresh, but other are open because we keep at them, staying in the wound, picking at it. This wound allows loss of  our energy. 

Where are we wounded and allowing the energy loss?

We can grow and heal by taking the time to learn the lesson. Once the lesson is learned, we will, hopefully stop repeating the patterns. If we keep repeating those patterns, we need to ask ourselves what is it we need to learn and why are we resisting. Trying to see things without the emotional charge, can help us move away from being a victim. Seeing others who have healed as teachers can help us in our journey. Breathing through, letting go, moving forward, that’s what we need.

We, in turn, can help others to heal while healing ourselves. Every act of kindness we commit assists in our healing and in healing others and the world around us. Let us move into kindness for ourselves and others.

We are beautiful and the things we do are beautiful. Our purpose: stand out, let ourselves be seen showing the world our beauty. Standing up, making an impression can have important effects on others. We just never know, because many times we hesitate, we are unsure of our own worth. But, the truth is we do have something to offer. So let go, free ourselves, believe in ourselves, put it right out there. Our purpose doesn’t have to be a big one in the scheme of things. We just never know.  And we never know how long we are here for, so… get busy, make life good. Let’s get out of the rage and anger cycle, embrace beauty, open our hearts, stand proud and beautiful. We are enough.

Here we are in the new year when people make resolutions, restarts, new beginnings. But are they necessary? What if we just decided to be our true selves? Let our true colors show through?

We can be at ease, releasing the stress of trying to live up to what we think others want us to be. We are perfect as we are, who we are.
