Release the Energies of the Day

 Before sleep I chant this prayer to release and dissipate any energies that I would rather be rid of and bring in a good night’s sleep.

An Evening Prayer to Release the Energies of the Day:

I now release and dissipate any and all 

energies that are not mine to carry,

Including contracts, promises, and connections from all lives past, present, and future, 

from all timelines, in all ways, 

that do not serve my peaceful and fulfilling existence.

I now let go any and all emotions from

myself or others that do not serve my health on all levels 

and that  interfere with my peace and relaxation.

I now allow and receive loving, nourishing, 

restorative, and healing rest, 

surrounded by the protection and blessings 

of my loving ancestors and the Goddesses 

that love and guide me. 

As I have said it, it is so.

Blessings deep and peaceful!
