ABCs of ME!!!

Borrowing from a couple of other blogs, looks like fun!



ABC's of Me

A - Age: 54, well preserved, good skin. It's that layer of fat beneath. Women complain about it, but it puffs out the wrinkles.

B - Bed size: King, a big Victorian, carved wood, beautful thing, lots of pillows, OHHHHH, I love that bed!

C - Chore you hate: Laundry - my husband does it and very well too, I will add.

D - Dog/Cat's name: Cat, Sterling Doodlebee Kaufman, AKA the Schmoodle (don't bother making fun of me, it's a wonderful name for a wonderful kittell!)

E - Essential start your day item(s): stretch out the kinks in the joints, hot tea with cream, check my e-mail

F - Favorite color: pink - just about any pink will do, old pink, rosy pink, hot pink.

G - Gold or Silver: Silver, lots of silver.

H - Height: 5' 4" - well what else can one say? The last time I did heels I took them off and put my back out. Ballet flats - love them.

I - Instruments you play: guitar, mountain dulcimer, recorder (all but bass)

J - Job: resident witch for metaphysical shop - after years of medical office, this is a dream come true!!!

K - Kids: None (by choice, don't feel sorry for me!)

L - Living Arrangements: Toadstool Condo with world's best hubby and kitty, a multitude of books and plenty of stitchy and artsy stuff.

M - Music you love: Classical, Bluegrass, Folk, Opera, Big band, Early Music, 70s stuff - reminds me of my salad days.

N - Nicknames: Libby, Lizz, that bitch - just kidding... well, sort of.

O - Overnight hospital stay other than birth: Yes

P - Pet Peeve: littering - and I say something to litterbugs too! I once got out of my car and told a woman in a Rolls Royce to get out of her car and pick up the yogurt container she pitched out the window - and she did!

Q - Quote from a movie: Beam me up, Scotty (OK, that's TV, but I think they said it in the movie too)

R - Right or left handed: Left (the best people always are! Look at history - the most creative, the most intelligent - need I go on? Well, I can, we are the only people in our right minds, contrary to what anyone who knows me tells you!)

S - Siblings: 3 sisters, 2 brothers - love each one to bits.

T - Time you wake up: it varies, depends upon when I snuggle into the arms of Morpheus; I'm a night owl. I really only need about 5 hours of sleep a night. Someone I once knew said, "I'll sleep when I'm dead." I took it as my motto.

U - Underwear: lots of colors, but cotton, my dears - South Florida, humidity, enough said. Lots of pink.

V - Vegetable you dislike: artichokes - I just don't get what the big deal is - blah and much more trouble than it's worth. Of course, all plants are worthwhile, but really - pretentious!

W - Workout Style: ballet DVDs a couple of times a week, sometimes more depending on how the joints are. I used to work out naked, but as I've aged and the big girls have lost their perkiness, it has become rather dangerous to pirouette without a bra.

X - rays you've had: more than I've ever wanted.

Y - Yummy food you make: my lasagna is famous, so are my brownies, I do a most excellent chicken casserole, my matzoh balls are very good too. I'm a good cook.

Z - The best place to visit: my friends, any of them, all of them, they are the best!

As you can see, I can't answer a simple question with a simple answer - all that Leo energy, as I've discussed previously. I can't help it, I'm so interesting, fascinating even.
