 I Call You, Winter Goddesses

I call You, all Winter Goddesses, 

of ice and snow and cold winds,

of long, dark nights, and short days.

I call all of You to bear witness to my Art.

Persephone of the World Below, I invoke you.

I call You to bear witness to my Art,

Great Hekate, who rules all realms,

I call You to bear witness to my Art,

Come to bear witness 

to the praise of Your merry band,

It is the Sabbath!

Now is the time of the longest night, 

the Winter Solstice!

I call You to rise here, 

Goddesses whom we honor,

I call to you as a witch,

I call to you as a sorceress calls,

Bound by oath and blood and mark to You.

Come hither, I call Your names!
