Give-Away... Finally!

OK, so finally I've got my give-away together! I want to say thanks to everyone of you for reading my blog and would love for everyone to have something, but this is what we'll start with. Beginning today, leave a comment for THIS post and tell me which goddess has had the most impact on your life. Also, you must be a follower of my blog. Feel free to post a link on your own blog and that will get you another chance to win - just comment with the link to your blog post - the actual post, not just the link to your blog. There will be three winners; the drawing on Hekate's Night, November 16th.

So, what are the goods?

Winner #1: Crystal Journey's Positive Energy Small Pillar candle, Dragon's Blood Incense, Om Nag Champa Incense (this is a bit more elegant than the traditional Nag Champa) - both of these very delicious, a citrine-chip bracelet, an amethyst druzy, Teavana's Tranquil Dreams Tea and a copy of my book, Enchanted.

Winner #2: Crystal Journey's Joy Small Pillar candle, Om Nag Champa Incense, a fluorite-chip bracelet and a package of Teavana Rooibos Chai Tea.

Winner #3: Crystal Journey's Money Votive candle, Om Nag Champa Incense, a sodalite star and a package of Teavana Zingiber Ginger Coconut rooibos tea - this tea is really yummy.

So have at it and...

Blessings nine!

  1. Which goddess has the most impact on my life? That would be Hecate, hands down. She has been with me since I was a small child (although I didn't recognize that until I was much older). She was with me through my Wiccan journey, and accompanied me happily into Hellenic polytheism. Her altar is the first thing I set up in a new house, and the last thing to come down before I leave. I have become who I am because of her. :)

  2. Interestingly enough...the Goddess is Hecate whom we celebrate on Nov 16. I have of course asked other Goddesses for blessing the work I do but none so much of the time or with such strong connection as Hecate.
This looks like a wonderful giveaway and I would be honored to be included. Oma Linda

  3. I have just begun working with the Goddesses so I have much to learn but Quan Yin has already had quite an impact on my life...mainly through my daughter. Being that She is the protector of mothers and children it makes sense that we have developed such a strong connection with Her. If we are anywhere that has a statue or photo of Quan Yin my daughter is immediately drawn to Her. We both feel protected by Her and She puts us at ease. She inspires people to be more compassionate and loving and for both my daughter and I She strengthens our connection to ourselves, each other and the universe :)

  4. for me, it would be Santa Muerte and Oshun. Oshun sweetens your life and Santa Muerte anchors me with my ancestors. true Santa Muerte's image is shocking for most but i think it teaches one to look beyond what is seen by the eyes

  5. The goddess that has had the most impact on my life would definitely be the Cailleach. I was never particularly drawn to Celtic gods despite my love of Celtic art and culture, so I ended up ignoring her for a long time in favor of other deities, but they all kept backing off after a short while. Eventually, I realized what was happening and just invited the Cailleach in. It's been one heck of a ride since then. She has a lot to say about life and death and about our place in the world, and ignoring her was a serious mistake.

  6. It seems that I have two who are guiding me, Athene and Hecate. They come to me when their strengths are needed as I journey on the Path.

  7. For me it has to be Epona. She has been with me for almost twenty years now and has seen me through both the good times and the bad. Her insights have given me answers when I feared there were none and have borne me away from disaster more than once!

  8. The goddess who has always had the most impact would be Freyja. I'm heathen so I only work with the Norse Pantheon. I would also say Frigga too.

  9. At the moment the goddess I am closest to is Mari, Lady Justice. Due to an upcoming court battle over custody of my son, I need her most. Tues is our court date and I know I will be ok with her by my side b/c she punishes those guilty of lying, stealing and pride- may she my son's father for what he is.

  11. Thank you for the giveaway! The Goddess who has spoken to me the most is Hekate. I have been a devotee of her's for about a year and a half, and because of her my life has changed dramatically. I found her when I was going through a hard time in my life and had to make a hard decision. She was there with her burning torches to lead my way to the right decision and I couldn't be happier. She is my Dark Mother and my Patron Goddess. Blessings to you on this Night of Hekate! Hail Hekate! )O(

  12. Without doubt, Hekate. She has been my light in the dark, both encouraging and demanding my best while giving me serious reality checks along the way. As others have mentioned, I recognized her in my life while going thru a particularly difficult time but in retrospect she has been with me all along. In darkness, light.
