Self care, such as meditation, a nourishing healthy diet, and soothing rituals, caring for ourselves, are essential in order to bring us back to balance. Where and what do we need to focus on more closely?
On a spiritual level, with all that is happening in the world, we need to focus on the Divine Feminine’s teachings and vision. Women are very divided today and many are allowing the more masculine and violent energies to rule. Hatred is damaging to our souls, our bodies, and our planet. We are in great need of the nourishing feminine energies.
The anger and hate that is being shown by many women is damaging on so many levels. Calling on the wise woman within to restore ourselves and bring Her wisdom and healing into the world will be of more benefit, bringing peace and stability.
